I would highly recommend this program to Malvika because of her unique and caring approach. She has a way of making you see different perspectives and her action based model will make you proactive in taking things in your hands. Well the changes that i have reaped is tremendous... not only have I been able to move on, but I am more confident about myself and working my way up to become emotionally free!
